Rumour has it that Rock Racing will be allowed in the Giro

    The rock racing thing should be impossible as they don't have an appropriate licence to take part in Grand Tours. No biological passports etc.

    Mind you, it's the Giro.

    The Giro is in danger of wrecking its credibility, it seems to have wound the clock back to 2001.
