raceface envolve DH set up...?

Starting to annoy my self asking questions all the time! plus its embarrassing oh well here gos again.....Hello Ive got a Giant Glory with envolve DH crank-set 83 BB with a 38t 104 middle ring and a xt front mech can any one tell me if i can fit a e'thirteen supercharger bash with a 36 tooth chain ring and keep my front mech or do i have to give up the mech and just go to a 40t single ring like the bloke in the shop said..... all i wanna do is get on and ride the thing :( cheers kev

    Can u use a front mech with the envolve, bloke in the shop said something about the profile??? as for the 40t dunno mainly cus ive got a e'thirteen bash which is that size so i wa trying to use it
