What about the Veulta?

If Satre,Armstrong,Cunego are doing the giro in May and Contador and valverde both concentrating only on the tour in July, whos going to ride the Veulta, other then people trying to rescue what they couldn't do at the other 2 grand tours? or will it be just the other tour that not much happened in?

    Isn't Basso riding the Vuelta? Am sure I read he was riding the Giro and the Vuelta, in which case I suspect he could deny Valverde. Hmmm a Basso-Valverde 1-2, how inspiring.
