As title, where is the best/cheapest place to pick up some cycling shorts?

The DHB stuff from wiggle is pretty good VFM generally, I'd start there.

They're about £8 at asda., and tesco do them about the same price.

I got two pairs of baggie 'no fear' shorts today from the pikey shop formerly known as soccer sport, it's now called something else.

Both are quite rip resistant and slighly waterproof, I got a camo and khaki colour.
