Upgrade brakes on Trek 1.5
Hi all,
Quick (and hopefully to you) obvious answer wanted!
My newish Trek 1.5 doesn't stop all that well, something one or two reviewers mentioned. It has Sora front shifters/brake lever and un-branded caliper brakes; presumably I can just change the actual brakes, keep the levers and get improved performance. Is that correct? Finally, any idea how much I'd need to spend to see an improvement? I notice that the 105 are only about £30 - very affordable if they are better than these I have now.
Thanks,
A
