First of all hi I'm new here. Been reading the forums for some time and find it a very usefull and friendly place to be.
I have been riding single speed bikes for the last year or so and love riding and bikes in general. Unfortunately I have suffered with some lower back pain recently and have been advised by a sports physio to not ride until my back is strong enough again.
I have excersises to do to strengthen my core which will support my back better in the long run. It also does not help that I have put on some weight and at 17 st it does not help but in the last week just by watching what I eat I have lost 5lb.
Hopefully with a bit of help I will shift some weight and my back will get stronger and I will be back in the saddle.
Happy peddling to all you lucky peeps in the saddle.
