Tesco inner tubes- yes or no?

Half the threads in here are either about bikes that cost more than my motorbike, or forks that cost more than my mountain bike, so I thought I'd start a thread about a product that costs less than a pint 8)
Tesco's sells inner tubes now, for the princely sum of £1.20. I've picked up a couple to carry or place as spares- one at my brother's flat, one at work, etc. But just because of the price, I'm not that inclined to trust them for proper riding. Just wondering if anyone's given them a fair go, and how they worked out?

The ones I have seen in tesco are schrader valves, I couldn't see any presta in my local store.
That'd be a problem with the tyre or possibly the rim, though.
That's the handy thing with innertubes. All they've got to do is be airtight. The tyre and rim deal with the pressures.
