Shimano 105 10sp stis-Are they triple compatable?

The ones sold by Ribble are described as double and triple compatable. Does this mean the ones on my bike (currently running a double) will be too? I want to change to a triple chainset.

The Shimano website describes the 105 shifters (ST-5600) as double and triple compatible.

Yes they are. As are the 9 speed Tiagra.

My new bike came as a 105 compact double and it was converted to a triple. The shifters did not have to be changed which made it a relatively low cost conversion.
