Looking after Carbon

I have a carbon seat post that is start looking a bit scratch, its quite hard to get in and out of the frame and it needs some greese, Since its carbon do i need to use any particular greese or wil any stuff do?

Most manufacturers specifically say not to use grease on carbon seatposts. Carbon assembly compound is what you need - Tacx make one amongst others.0

Finish line and Ritchey make some too. Probike sell Ritchey Liquid Torq by the sachet which is really cheap if you only need it for your post.0

FSA makes a good compound as well. I have used it with absolutely no problems whatsoever!0
