The 'light' choice

Excuse the pun but I need to up grade my lights. Mainly I'd use them for wednesday night blitzs round the woods and possible a 24hr race or two. Im on a narrow budget 85 quid as I'm a student, my choices whould be the Hope 1 LED or Niterider minewt usb thingy. Could anyone aid my choice or suggest a better product.

Couple of other threads on here with good options. Could go for an LED torch like the Tesco or Fenix and get a mount for the bike.
