Hi hopefully someone can help me out here

Just received a replacement fork on warranty and have been charged import duty. Anyone know if i can appeal this? I have already paid duty on this item when i first bought the frame so dont understand how I can be effectively charged twice, not to mention two parcel force handling fees :x

I had the same thing once and they maintained that it was correct to pay twice. I never got it back despite some pushing. Crazy, verging on criminal, but it's HMCE so don't expect discretion.

sounds like poor marking from the sender.

was it marked up as a Zero cost warrenty replacement?
