I weigh enough and have some spare for those that want it. 99.6kg approx 15 1/2 stone.
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.
  • Tiny bit under 10 stone.

About 96/97 kg so around 15st, i was 117kg when i first started out. :?

I want to get back to at least 82kg, i was a right whippet several years ago, i don't think my job is helping, i do a lot of heavy lifting and it's gone and made me top heavy, gradually losing the fat in places and generally leaning out though.

On a high protein diet atm but unlike the atkins it does contains vitamins/minerals and cla/healthy fats and a good dose of fibre to keep everything tickety boo, i do take carb supps when on a hard session mind.

Seems to be doing the trick, ive been stagnant for an age, that and the job seems to be getting easier, don't tell the boss though. ;)

But over the last week ive knocked off 2kg thanks to it whilst retaining my muscle, must be having a good effect as im getting more noticed than before when out and about, which is great for confidence naturally. :)
The trouble with having an open mind, of course, is that people will insist on coming along and trying to put things in it.

Great! He's sleeping pretty well (!) and is a proper cutie.

Weight? 11.5-12 stone depending on which scales I use (they seem to vary loads!).

    Glad all's going well Matt.

Am just a touch over 14st now, down from 16.5st at beginning of year, quite pleased with that.

10 stone 3lbs - think it would be tough (not to mention detrimental) to go much lower for me, without looking slightly disheveled and poverty stricken.

How about - what do you weigh and what type of riding do you do?

Not that I reckon most DHers will be fat knackers of course...
  • Currently just over 18st but have been 20 this year, did get down to 17st about 3 weeks ago only because I was asleep more tha awake so not eating that much.

Was slowly losing the weight with the bike ride, then had my accident so lost a bit then stayed at parents and ate well (as parents do feed you up  ) so back to 18ish. I tend to go between 17-19st most of the time. Roll on when I can get onto the bike.
    Weight on June 18th 129kg
    Target By June 15th 2013 - 100kg

    Weight July 1st - 127.3kg

As above, and you could probably have guessed, xc and road cycling.

Not adverse to adventure mountain biking (i.e. whole day epics taking in anything and everything), singletrack and light freeride outings, but from experience, downhill is beyond me!
