winter jacket

Hi , I'm looking for a new jacket that i can use when it's wet , windy or both (which it usually is) . I dont really want to use a windproof and have to carry a waterproof , does anybody know of a jacket that does both .

Gore Tex is also windproof.

I use a Altura Nevis, no complaints, look in the right places on the net i they can be had for a mere £37.00...bargain, if it's cold out i wear a close fitting pull over fleece sweater from a mountaineering shop.
