Got an Izoard as well and it's great. Not too many around so a bit exclusive.0

I was looking at a Wilier 09 model in Edinburgh Bikes yesterday. Nice looking bike and it is on the list. Its the Alu/Carbon Wilier La Triestina '09 and is seemingly quite light at .25kg / 20.3lb (couldnt tell you if this is true or not...)
Other than thier own website I cant find much about the brand and Im not even sure how it is meant to be pronounced!Cannondale F500

So, how is Wilier Triestina pronounced, and what do the words mean? Both names were born out of Italian patriotism following the World Wars. Wilier is an acronym pronounced Vee’-lee-air. Italians use ‘W’ as an abbreviation for the word “Viva”, which means “Long live”. For example, Italian cycling fans will often hold up signs at the Giro that read “W l’Italia”, “W il Giro” or show their support of a specific rider with signs like “W Ballan” or “W Cunego”. The patriotic phrase, “W l’Italia liberata e redenta” (Long live Italy, liberated and redeemed) gave birth to Wilier.Triestina is pronounced Tree-es-tee’-na, and is the Italian equivalent of our English word triestine0

Adore my Izoard. They're a bit more exclusive than Treks, Specializeds and Giants if that's important to you. I've never see one out and about though until recently the nearest dealer was ActivCycles in Corbridge.
One thing you may want to check out is the warranty on the frame(s). From what I remember it is only 3 or 4 years.0 -

Exclusive - yes, for sure, but in saying that I think the '09 Specializeds are looking really nice.
You may begin to see more of Wilier about if Edinburgh Bikes are stocking them.Cannondale F500

Far east (maybe some of the expensive frames are made in Italy though)0
