Help needed
I recently started to use Speedplay zero pedals due to persistant knee problems, the knee pain it all but gone but i am now getting pain on my left hip after a ride and on the muscle just above my right knee on the outside during a ride,
i have the cleats set up so my feet point out as this is the way they are whenever i sit on a wall and let them hang down naturally.
So what do i need to do fiddle about with the float or am i missing something all together, or could it be that my set up has too much float.
BTW I have had my set up looked at by Cyclefit in London. well thats another story.

I guy on the Exmoor Beast cyclosportive told me that 'pain was effort leaving the body' but then he had to stop because of back pain.
I had knee pain with look cleats that went away when I switched from lots of float to little or no float, but don't know about speedplay pedals.0 -
