Hi,
I have a set of Kysrium SSC-SL's. Took a bit of a knock yesterday on a pot hole and now have loose spokes(x3). The spoke nipples appear to be very tight(perhaps even seized) so unable to tighten with supplied Mavic key.

Does anybody have any contacts for service/repair centre for Mavic wheels in N. London area?

Thanks

  • Take it to a road specialist shop.

The workshop tool is made of metal and can put a lot more torque on the nipple than the plastic retail version
  • FORUM EXPERT, thanks for the reply.
I've already checked with my LBS and they don't want to or can't work on Mavic wheels.
That's why I was enquiring about the existance of a Mavic wheel specialist shop....

Try contacting UK distributors - RJ Chicken, they should know who's up to the task.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
