XT Shadow rear mech cage options

I'm confused over XT rear mech options! I have decided on the XT772 shadow rear mech and Sram PG990 11-32 cassette, with XT 770 22/32/44 cranks. Do i need a long cage or short cage rear mech.

3 rings up front long cage.
