Seat post size

I think I've bought the wrong size seatpost :oops:
I bought one the same size as my old one but it keeps on slipping a touch no matter how much I tighten the clamp. And it seems to creak a lot.

So, does any body know the size I need for a 2006 Marin Alpine Trail??

IIRC it should be 30.9mm
