08 Trek Madone - anyone tried ceramic B/B bearings?

I feel that the standard B/B bearings/seals which came with my 08 Madone are causing drag, as the cranks are not as free spinning as the ones on my other bike with octalink B/B. Interested to know if anyone has tried ceramic bearings on their Madone, and whether it improved thing.s

have emailed a couple of place in the US who offer ceramic bearing kits for the 08 Madone, so may well try???

Also have annoying clicking coming from the B/B area, suggesitons?
