carbon to carbon

seat post and frame, both carbon, do you you need to use a special grease. What i'm worried about is water getting in to the frame and scuppering the bottom bracket.

but there there carbon specific grease out there that helps things not seize and not slip.

isn't your bb a sealed unit? if not get some tacx carbon assembly paste from probikekit. should do the job.
