Truing Vuelta Carbon Pro Wheels

Hi,

Does anyone know how to true a Vuelta Carbon Wheel? I had an accident yesterday involving a pedestrian ( walked out without looking from in front of a car, left me with a broken wheel and 3 broken ribs) yesterday.

The front wheel is warped but not to badly i think. Problem is the when i've tried turning the spokes with the truing tool i can get it turn maybe a 1/4 turn.

They have these bladed spokes on them so i dont know if its me or the spoke design thats the problem?

    if you get a piece of wood and hacksaw a deep groove in it - When you are truing each spoke put the bladed bit in the wood to stop it turning.

    If youve hit a carbon wheel hard enough to give it a "wobble" the chance that there is internal delamination would make me, for one, not want to ride it in anger again- But you may already know this and just be truing it so you can sell it on Ebay, in which case its all good!
    Fitter....healthier....more productive.....
