Wheel pulling under breaking

Ive took my combi deluxe for the first ride on sat, it all fells ok but ive noticed that when i brake the front wheel pulls left towards the fork, it doesnt touch the fork but gets within about 5-6mm, surely this isnt normal, any ideas what this could be?
Been told it could be a bad wheel build, dont really want to send it back.

so the tyre seems to move along the axle to one side?
wheel need looking at an retensioning."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Is the wheel seated in the forks correctly? Undo the QR and push down on the bars a bit, tighten it up and see if its any better.0

yea when im riding and look down when i brake the tyre/wheel pulls towards the brake side.
Ive just been and took the wheel off then put it back on all nice n tight, seems better but still moving to the side a little, going to see if i can borrow somebosy elses wheel.
Iv called merlin today and they said i could be something to do with the QR being worn so there sending me a new 1 out. hopefully this fixes it.
Feels fine to ride its just when i look at it i can see it moving.0 -
ok ive fit the new QR mad sure everything is tight, wheel is aligned then go out apply front brake the the wheel is no longer aligned, sits slightly towards the caliper side.
The wheel we stay in this position untill i refit the wheel then it sits central again untill i brake.
Could it be the fork, ive cleaned out any lose bit where the fork and wheel meet but still no luck.
Going to call merlin again tomorow.0 -
could the brake caliper need adjusting??
Does it not need centering over the disc?0 -
Ive tightened up brake caliper, just had a look on my brothers bike which has the same forks on and it seems to sit in the same place, just slightly off centre, could it be a normal thing?0
