Shimano RS20`s and broken spokes !!
Can a single pothole really knacker a spoke ?
I bust a spoke at the rear wheel on my trek 1000 racer with shimano RS20 wheelset on a ride last week , it took 1 week for LBS to get the shimano spoke and nipple required. I was out today and hit a pothole hard, spoke on rear wheel breaks :evil: , so its back to LBS for another spoke and nipple.
Im kinda pi$$ed off at this and thought wheels would be a bit more durable, ive had cheap bikes with dirt cheap wheels in the past that were pounded into the ground that never did this

The spoke nipples are aluminium & the wheel has fewer spokes...
If you're looking for a more durable wheelset, go to something like an aksium.0
