that's the sean kelly academy jersey. i haven't seen any for sale but you could try contacting the team. google the sean kelly academy and you'll find their site.
  • Thanks - I already looked there (and the An Post site) but theres no scrap of info.

I was hopeful there would be an online retailer...

  • http://www.cycleways.com are an Irish bike shop that do have the kit, but it's not showing up on their website, you may want to give them a call. IIRC, there's also an online shop in Belfast that does the kit, but I can't find the link -they are out there though!

might also be worth calling slane cyles or totalcycling. Cycleways also sponsor the team so are probably your best bet.
  • Thanks - will give them a try.

There were loads of folk wearing it for the Tour of Ireland finish in Cork so its gotta be out there.

That was probably the An Post green tee-shirts that were given out by the skip-load as freebies before the event. AFAIK, the actual gear is team-issue only, but someone is due to get back to me on that.

  • Thanks to all - I'm sure some will turn up eventually.

Last year, GB Cycles were selling the M. Donnelly / Kelly Academy gear (red & white) and have some of that still listed on their website. They don't show the An Post gear for this year but it may be worth a call.

Apart from www.cycleways.com listed above, your best bet is probably contacting the manufacturers in Dublin, www.spin11.com. They may be able to tell you where / if you can get it.

Alternatively you can just train like hell over the winter and hope for selection next year.

  • Was in Cycleways last night, and they had some of the jerseys at least on display, so they've definitely got some stock at the moment
