    SKS race blades
It’s the most beautiful sport in the world but it’s governed by ***ts who have turned it into a crock of ****.

I've got SKS Raceblades on mine. Other than a botched job I was told fitting full guards was a no no. Not a great dela of clearnce on the Allez. The rear wheel/tyre to seat tube clearance is tighter than my Izoard

raceblades on mine. bb gets a bit muck covered but i think the raceblades stop something, even if it is just my back from being showered.

I have RaceBlades and they work pretty well, although they don't keep the brakes clean and that's a job keep cleaning and lubeing them that I'd like to avoid.

I found the front one too short, kept dumping puddles into my shoes, but a bit off a fabric softener bottle was exactly the right curve, pop-rivetted easily onto the bottom and has sorted that out.

Although, there was someone on the Spud Riley yesterday with full guards on his Allez. It was an older model one (white, not sure what year that makes it) and he'd managed to squeeze full guards under what looked like normal-drop brakes and 23mm tyres.
