Weather...

...is lovely here in Yorkshire. Just done a couple of hours round the local woods and got clarted up to the eyeballs in mud, but it's lovely, sunny and warm.

All topped off with a lovely fry-up - well, a grill-up really, with poached eggs. Stuffed now.
I am considerably more rock and roll than you.

Road. Mountain. Up hill and down dale...

    yep, just been to grizedale n sot round the north face, was a really good ride and wasn't as wet/claggy as i was expecting....really enjoyed it :)

    Ditto. Although I've just done an hour on the spinner bike in the gym at lunchtime...

    I went to Evans cycles at Xscape and bought some gloves!!

    On Thursday I'm going to watch the Tour of Britain go through Dalby Forest, good 100 mile ride maybe and hope it does not rain, but its forecast heavy rain all day! :(
