Ebay - Unpaid item dispute

Recently had a clearout and sold a fair few items but two of them have been unpaid. Waited the 7 days and filed an unpaid item on the first but can't file a second on a different item. Can I have 2 disputes open at the same time? Both items have different buyers. I know I should email Ebay but all I'll get back is a standard email linking to the FAQs which I don't think will help me in this query.
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

    Been in contact with both the winners, or rather I've sent them both invoices for the total amount due and sent them a reminder 3-4 days later reminding them that after 7days a non-paying mark will be put against their name. One buyer has bought stuff since on Ebay and has 30 +ve feedback. With the new Ebay I can't leave negative feedback :x

    EDIT: just realised why I couldn't issue a 2nd dispute, there hadn't been 7days since the end of the auction :oops:
    I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.
