specialized p3 stupid question!

Hi,
I'm thinking of getting one of these as I have been offered a cheap one and was wondering.
Are they any good as I can't find any reviews on them?
Also are they boys or mens bike? The wheel size is 26" if thats any help?

it is neither a boys or a men bike it is just a bike. for playing on.
and what do you plan on using it for?
