Fulcrum 3s - truing

I think I did something stupid. The spokes on the rear fulcrum 3 were turning to 45 degrees. I straightened them up and they turned again. Then I did what I think may have been stupid. I loosened them off and then slightly lubricated three of them with silicone. One of them has loosened off (on the non-drive side) and needed two turns to true them up. The wheel is now perfectly true. Will it loosen off again?

I’ll find out tomorrow after my 45 mile commute. I’ve ordered Loctite 290 from eBay for a remarkably cheap price (MOD date expired). This is a high penetration Loctite and says for grease free surfaces. Will it work just by applying externally or do I have to take off the nipples and spokes to clean properly. This looks like it is a real faff with fulcrums.

Any experience of this problem or advice would be appreciated.
