Guys,

After being away from north wales for so long can someone tell me who has demo bikes available in the area please? other than Llandegla. Looking for high end demos, got a nomad and yeti 575 booked already but wondering where else if any to try?

thanks.

Ultimate Out doors in Betws-y coed to Treks, Marins and GT - depends how you define "high end"
We're in danger of confusing passion with incompetence

Thanks Ddraver, I'll see what I can get to try there, maybe a Trek Fuel and/or a Marin. By high end I'm after a ~6 inch trail bike around the 26-28lbs mark with a budget of around 3k.
As I mentioned got a Nomad and a 575 demo's booked and already tried out 5 others so as many as possible as my pennies are burning a hole in my pocket! Cheers

Also, The Edge cycleworks in Chester do demos as well. As do Beics Brenin in Dolgellau, near Coedy.

Thanks. Seems as if Beics Brenin no longer exists!

    Keep em coming guys.

Since when? I met group of riders about a month ago who'd hired bikes there (and had to fix the gears on two of them  )

Although, I've never actually been to their shop in Dolgellau itself, I have been to the branch based at the Coedy visitor centre

Very friendly and helpful they are too.

I know they have loads of hire bikes, but can't remember what they were unfortunately. Sorry.

Apologies, it seems I was wrong. The number hadn't changed just those lazy types don't open till 10 and have their fax machine on in the evening.

After trying so many and hoping the orange 5 would fit the bill to be let down by small sizing, fingers crossed either a yeti 575 with 36's on or a Nomad will do. You have a yeti Chaka?
