garmin 705 elevation question
did a ride today and training centre has recorded it as 4698 feet but motionbased has recorded it as 5770. I havent used the motionbased gravity setting so not sure why motion based is so different to the traning centre value :?
Also if i go to ride history on the edge for this ride, under the bit labelled 'Avg' there is the rpm (cadence) and under this is a number - 1253w. What does this mean, whats the W for? I put the wheel size into auto mode the other day and this is the first ride i've done with the auto wheel size, so not sure if its something to do with that???
