Pins and needles.

Hi chaps I've got a problem and am looking for some advice.
Over the last month or so I've been getting pins and needles in my fore arms and back of hands when I'm pushing myself bit on the bike (pushing myself is a bit of an overstatement ). I've looked on verious webby sites (NHS etc) and they state the cause of tempory pins and needles is trapped nerves. I'm not sure this is the case as I've not changed anything (bars, grips position etc) and it doesn't matter which bike I'm on. It doen't last long 20 to 30 seconds but that feels ages when it's happening. It's bloody irratating, Any ideas? Anyone else get it?

Could be gripping the bars too tight.
There are a range of grips and gloves available (Specialized body Geometry) that relieve pressure on nerves.0 -
Yea I thought of that Sonic but I can't see why I'd start doing that? It even happens on my hybrid when I'm holding on to the bar ends so can't think it's position either. Odd one this.0
