Saddle adjust .............no more sore @rse
I lathered my "taint" area with udderly smooth this evening and went out with allen bolt in hand and moved my saddle forward about 1.5 inches . i am 5 ft 9 inches and this felt like a more "natural" riding position for me.
I went out on a 40 miler and 3/4 of the way into the ride was sitting on a 20.5 mph average according to my cadeye strada wired computer. with 10 miles to go I came tearing down a hill , changed direction and smack into a headwind blowing right at me :x
i knew this would eat into my 20.5 mph average big time.
finished the ride in a decent 19.2 mph average and then i suddenly remembered ...........no discomfort whatsover in the taint nor bum cheeks
seems ive been torturing that area all this time................sigh
