hey guys
ive got a saracen vortex le nd my original carnkset (truvativ x-flow) the left crank arm kept falling off nd i wore the taper down so it was screwed coz i pedeled onit wen it was half fallin off coz i eeded to get home, so i got an upgrade (truvative isoflow) and know the same things happend. would there be any advantage in switchin to a external bb and gettin a new chainset and crank arms, or get it torqued?

Well if you've ridden it loose then you'll probably have knackered it again, so I'd suggest replacing it with something like lx0
