Quick note re. lubing chain

Whatever you do, don't get your finger caught between the chain and chainring tooth when turning cranks at speed.

It hurts :shock: .

    Also be careful when removing pedals - it's not fun when you slip and impale your hand on the crank teeth...

  • :shock: Man, that disc brake injury is nasty! How'd it happen? finger caught in rotor at high speed? reminds me of a mate that put his hand through a door window as the door was slammed- chopped the top of his finger off- can't believe how much blood can pump out of a finger. Makes you cringe seeing that pic. Grim. :shock:
