Urgent need for replacement 7 speed front derailleur

Can anyone help?
I need to source a new 7 speed front derailleur for a hybrid for a mate who is doing a ride this weekend. It has to fit a 28.9mm seat tube and be bottom pull. Currently using a Shimano STX. I can't find one other than in Wiggle and they are out of stock.
Any help gratefully received.

    any 8spd will do. (as would a 9spd but it may rub a bit).

    8 speed it is then. I wasn't sure if that would work but it's better than nothing.
