What winter Jacket?

I have a bit of extra cash floating around at the moment so decided I ought to get prepaired for my winter commutes and get a winter jacket. Does anyone have any reccomendations for a £50/£60 budget? I try and go at a reasonable pace so keep naturally warm just riding but would want something that gave be a bit of warmth when I set off but doesn't overheat me too much. If anyone knows of any other cycling related bargains please feel free to add them on here as well!
