180mm adaptor

will using a shimano 74mm to 180mm post adaptor on a avid 185mm rotor be ok or will i need to buy 180mm rotor, any advice anyone?

    180mm disc needed, or add spacers under the caliper.

    For spacers, read M6 washers.

    what do you mean read m6 washers

    I mean you can use M6 washers as spacers to achieve correct alignment of the caliper.
