Shogun Xc100 - been used for downhill aswell as road use.

aftermarket parts everywhere.

new forks
new wheels

i fell in love with it - 6 months old

i paid £60

Well chuffed - putting it in for a service tomorrow

    I don't think i'd trust that fro road use, would never dream of throwing myself downhill off road on it!

    Hi

    Looks like a great bargain for someone new to offroad biking. I am sure you can have loads of fun with it. I spent a few hundred on my first mtb but always see people having just as much fun and probably more use out of cheaper bikes. Learn what you enjoy and tinker away!

    As for the DH bit by your number of posts I presume you are failrly new to this lark. I used to presume DH just meant going down a hill really fast till I saw a down hill race...

    i put it in for service today... :shock:

    back wheel was absolutly SHITTED.

    took it back got my money back.

    feel proper mugged off.

    Save up, and get summat decent! 200 quid buys a nice bike (if put together properly ;-))

    Like Supersonic says, for £200 you can grab yourself a really good second-hand entry level bike that will last you a while and be worth upgrading if you decide to stick with the sport.
