Loss Of Braking Power

I don't know what is going on with my back brake. I've cleaned the disc (with white spirit, then found out you SHOULDN'T do that!) but it still doesn't brake as well as it did. It won't even lock up on grass. I bled them recently and they feel good on that side of things. The pads look ok. Should I bung them in the oven to see if that helps? Or could I file them off a touch?

Sorry what have you done since you contaminated everything with the White spirit?

clean the rotors with Isopropanol alcohol or meths and replace the pads.
