...looking stupid!!
I got a Gt Aggressor about a week ago. Today when I was oiling the chain I noticed that one of the links does not appear to move like the others (it doesn't move at all)... is this normal or do I need to take it back to Halfords? I have tried lubricating it, but it is stuck fast. :?

it will be a stiff link.
not too hard to fix by waggling it. or backing the pins off with a chain tool, BUT this should be sorted by Halfords. will take seconds so wait and watch.
In the meantime have a read of Parktools, linky below, and it will help you if you wish to sort it yourself."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Or, depending on how clued up your local Halfords are, insist on a new SRAM one as the one they supplied obviously doesn't work.0
