Nero Vision 5 Help

I've been trying to create a chapter menu in Nero Vision but am stuck. The main menu has a list of the film clips, 3, and these 3 films have a number of chapters to them. What I want to do is to have the chapter list as text only, no picture, as the main menu is, the other problem is one video has more than 6 chapters and nero displays 6 chapters per page, I want more on the page.

What settings do I change? Is what I want to do possible?
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.
