Ok don,t laugh.
Just bought a Spesialized Pitch Pro after having 10 years away from biking.(Last bike was a Proflex so no disc brakes etc) It has a Rockshox Pike fork, you take out the skewer but the wheel does,nt drop out. Do i need to disconnect the Avid Juicy 3 disks? Can,t see where from though & nothing in any of the instruction books.
Thanks, Dan.

go to RS's webby and down load the manual.
the fork is fitted with a 20mm Maxle (or Maxle 360) the Qe is only a small part of the whole axle that needs removing.
manual here http://www.sram.com/_media/techdocs/95- ... 0print.pdf"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Excellent. Thanks NickLouse for the quick response . It was the 'engangement slot' which I had,nt found. Saying "Swing" as you take it out helps too.
