Can you help with rear derailleur selection?

Hi,
I'm looking to fit a rear shimano derailleur on a specialized sx trail that I am building. I have a saint 22 - 32 double crankset with e-thirteen DRS.

Firstly I'm not sure whether to fit a normal, or, shadow derailleur.

If I fit a normal derailleur I'm looking at the XTR 970 or XTR 971. What would be best, top normal or low normal and short cage or long cage.

If I fit a shadow derailleur I'm looking at the XT shadow. What would be best, short cage or long cage.

Can anyone advise on what would be best.
