Does anyone know if this is just the tube ofr the Hydrapack? Are they a standard tube that will fit onto any Camelbak pack? The bl00dy dog has just chewed the end off mine.

and does it just slot onto the end of the tube? he's chewed off about 4 inches of the tube, but its still long enough (just). i begrudge buying a whole new reservoir as i only got the pack at christmas so doesnt need replacing yet.

On my bladder the end of the tube is ribbed to fit the inside of the valve - it would slide off if put further down the tube. In the pircture, this valve doesn't seen to be like this, but it could be. Also, I would make sure I bought a valve with an on/off switch, without it you get leaking down your side the whole ride!

i've bought the big bite valve and the ergo valve thing. bought the valve simply to add a few more cm's to the length of the tube as it's rather short now!
