I would say get steel and live with a 10g (or whatever it actally is) weight difference. Invest your money in something else!

Here's an easy way to have exactly the same weight saving and save $70...

Step 1. Use a normal bolt.
Step 2. Fill your camelbak up as normal.
    Step 3. Take a teaspoon
Step 4. Remove 2 teaspoons full of the water.

    Net weight saving 10g :D

Step 5. If you want to save yourself $140, remove 4 teaspoons

there are not many bolts that can be replaced by weaker ones on any bike.

which ones are you thinking of replacing?

Currently only recommended for bottle cages.

 70quid for a bolt that can only be recomended for use to hold your water bottle!

Yeah but they are impervious to Gamma rays and you never know when that's going to come in handy.

well im just looking for to replace the disc brake bolt that mount the caliper and those mount on handlebars(xtr shifters and marta levers)
its not to major (i can drop the 1kg by changing to a carbon frame) but just the bolt seems going to round soon and were felt quiet heavy when i hold onto it
    any suggestion?

If your bolts are going to round get some new ones the same. Don't put anything on brakes (calipers, levers or rotors) other than original bolts or equivalent for safety reasons.
