Bearings are usually specific to the headset, what you've described is a 45° angular contact bearing but it isn't a standard size.
What make is your headset? Cane Creek, FSA, Orbit, Hope? Try CRC, Wiggle, etc.0 -
No, I know. Usually they are 41.8mm.
It's a Ritchey headset. Tried just about everywhere so far. Wiggle sent me one, but it is the 41.8mm OD. I've emailed them asking if they can supply the other size. The only comparible I've found is a BBB set;

Many thanks for the link. They do Ceramic ACB 36x45 2rs
Ceramic ACB 36x45 2rs, Internal headset bearing 36 x 45 degree 30.2mm x 41mm x 6.5mm, fits most of the internal headsets on the market today. Please check that this will fit yours before ordering. Benifits of ceramic headsets is that the service intervals are longer and save 6 grams form
So I've emailed asking if they can do the 45 x 45 instead of 45x36.0
