How do.

when ever i take a wheel off for a punture repair etc and then put it back on, my disc pads rub on the rotor. So i follow the instructions in the manual, pump the lever, secure the lever closed with a rubber band, loosen the two allen bolts holding the caliper the re-tighten them, but i can never get it running right. I've managed to do it a few times, but then i get a punture, have to take the wheel of and try to re-align the pads. It nearly always rubs slightly, it really bugs me when my bike ain't running right. Has anyone got any tips on how to set them up in a quick and easy way??

Thanks in advance.

just use it and the pads will bed in again and shut up.
