just a quick one, i have shimano m somethings (the ones that come free when subscribing) whats the difference between these and say the crankbrothers mallets??
the shimano are on two springs and the crankbros is 4 bits of metal in a rectangle,
does it make a difference for dh? how easy are they for clipping and unclipping?
