Disc rotors for my bike

I have a '07 Hardrock Pro. The spec of which is available here. Other than a couple of tweaks it pretty stock. I was thinking of investing in a set of Fulcrum Red Metal 5 wheels.

Can anyone advise me as to how easy it is to change out a set of MTB wheels. For example on my roadbike I currently have three sets of wheels. Other than a quick recalibration of the brake pads I can swap the wheels out and interchange them with ease. Could this be possible wiht my Hardrock?

yes but you will have to either change discs. and reset the calipers. fit other rotors and then reset the calipers each time. Or fit and shim the discs so that both sets fit the same and no caliper adjusting is required.

someone do a pack of shims at 0.2mm can remember just now... Hope also do 1mm and 2.0mm disc spacers.

yeah, that'll work fine. if you were just going to swap and stop using the old ones then you have move the disc rotors over with a torx key, if you want both sets of wheels to be used, then you need to get another 2 disc rotors (IS 6 bolt, 160mm) and fit them, swapping the wheels on a regular basis will be easier than on your road bike as you won't have to mess with the brakes. the wooly hat shop on e-bay sell rotors at pretty good prices.
